Once downloaded, just add which lifts your liftathon will include on the first line in the ”How it works” section, then add your liftathon testing date, and pledge collection date to the second and third lines, respectively.

In addition, once handed out to your players, just have them add their name, grade, and estimated weight lifted and they will be ready to start collecting their pledges!

On the day of your liftathon, just have each of your players add their actual total amount of weight lifted on their sheet, and then they will use that total to start collecting payment for each of their pledges.
