This template will help you run a pen and paper walkathon by helping keep track of each fundraiser participant's pledges and donations. Just add your email to the form below and we’ll send you the completely free, ready-to-print template.

To use the template for your walkathon fundraiser, there’s only a few things you need to do  – we’ve already taken care of most of the setup with the template. Here’s what you’ll need to do after downloading the template:

1. Update the time and distance of your Walkathon: The first sentence of the “How it works section” reads “Each participant will get  ___________ to walk around a ___________  course.”
   1. For this, you’ll need to put your walkathon’s time limit in the first blank (e.g. 2 hours, or 75 minutes)
   2. In the second blank you’ll want to put the distance of your walkathon track. This could be .25 miles for a standard track, or something longer like a 1 mile walkathon track.

2. Set your Walkathon date and pledge collection date: the date of the walkathon should go in the 3rd blank of the “How it works section” and the pledge collection date should go in the 4th blank of the same section.  
   
   1. Usually, the pledge collection date is about a week or so after the date of the event to provide ample time to collect the pledged donations.

3. Add Organization Name: add your team, club or organization name to the first box in the Walkathon details section directly beneath the “How it works” section.  
   
   1. This will ensure that each potential fundraiser supporter knows the place that their donation/pledge is going to.

And that's it! Just fill in a few blanks and your template will be ready to pass out to each fundraiser participant who will add their name, grade, and projected laps to their individual sheet.
